Hotel O Nanmangalam Forestview Chennai Formerly Dap Apartment

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The amenities promised during booking were not adequately provided, and many essential facilities were either missing or malfunctioning. Even after notifying the staff, the problems were not properly addressed. The service fell short of my expectations, especially given the cost of the stay. I anticipated better hospitality and more attentive care for guests' needs. In summary, it was an unpleasant experience, and I suggest the management enhance their service and make sure all advertised amenities are available to guests.

The experience was terrible; there was no drinking water available and the bed sheets were unclean.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was quite dirty and obviously not cleaned well before check-in. There was a strong cigarette smoke odor throughout the room, which made it very unpleasant to stay in. It seemed like the staff had used the room before our arrival and smoked inside, as the smell of fresh smoke was strong. This is totally unacceptable for guests who expect a clean, smoke-free environment. Additionally, the staff's behavior was extremely poor, which added to my dissatisfaction. Overall, the cleanliness and upkeep were very lacking, and the experience fell short of basic hospitality standards. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone unless they make major improvements in hygiene, housekeeping, and staff conduct.
