I booked this FabHotels property via MakeMyTrip and paid online upfront, but upon arrival, we were forced to pay extra offline, resulting in double payment just to secure the room. The room was dirty and badly maintained, with the washroom being very unclean. Additionally, the broken washroom window posed serious safety and privacy risks, particularly for women. The property looked nothing like the photos on MakeMyTrip, which were misleading and did not represent the hotel's real condition. Due to poor upkeep, unclean facilities, deceptive images, and unacceptable payment demands, I strongly advise against staying here, especially for women travelers.

The service was very bad and felt like third-rate. Essential items were absent—no towel, soap, or drinking water in the room. The landline phone was unplugged and stored in a drawer, so I couldn't reach reception by phone. The TV remote had no batteries, and because my room was on the second floor, I had to go downstairs to request them. Overall, a very annoying stay that I would not suggest.

I stayed at the hotel due to an emergency, and it turned out to be the worst customer experience I've had. The booking agent took advance payment for confirmation, but the hotel didn't accept it, so I had to pay again. Neither the booking agent nor the Paradise Inn management addressed my concerns despite multiple follow-ups. The room was damaged and dirty, the service was awful, and the staff were rude, chewed tobacco, and were very uncooperative. Maybe it was just a bad day for me, but I will never return to this place.
