I booked an A/C room with a triple bed but got a non-A/C room instead. They charged different guests different rates for the same room. When I asked for a refund, they refused. I struggled to get through one night there. The washroom was filthy, with no proper tap, and even the wash basin tap was broken. It was disgusting. If I hadn't had an interview, I would have filed a complaint. The pictures shown are nothing like the reality; I am showing the real photos.
