I recently stayed at Paradise Hotel in Indore for 7 days during my exam visit. From the outside, the hotel looks very nice and impressive, but unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing.During our entire 7-day stay, not even once did anyone come for room cleaning. Despite repeated requests, neither housekeeping was done nor was the room changed.They had promised 24-hour hot water facility, but that was not true. They later said that hot water depends on solar system. However, there was no hot water available in the early morning and not even after 12 PM.Overall, the stay was very uncomfortable due to poor service and lack of basic facilities. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for good service and proper maintenance.’ Rating: 1/5

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a really comfortable experience.The staff was polite and helpful. My room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities I needed. Housekeeping was regular and they did a great job. Room service was quick and the food quality was decent. The location of the hotel is convenient and easy to find transportation from. Wi-Fi speed was good enough for work and streaming.Overall, it’s a good value for money stay.I would definitely recommend this place for a short and comfortable visit.
