Excellent flavor

Went there 2nd time and I really feel you should not make the mistake twice the food not upto the mark (Naam bade darshan chote) staff ( just like 7 wonders of the world) behaviour such rude that anyone would like to not to speak to them. Now coming to the worst experience I could have from this reputed hotel I went with bike to attend party with my colleagues after returning i found that the helmet is lost ( though the guard of the hotel was roaming there) and on requesting to see the cctv footage they said owner has left and the footage can be shown only if he permits and told to come in the morning. But in the morning when I went again beating around the bush they said owner is not there he comes at 2 pm I politely asked for the number or someone who could show the footage but they refused and then said he may come at 2 or may not come also. Which meant it was difficult to get in touch with the owner. Seeing this disappointing behaviour from such reputed hotel of the city and owner unaware (maybe knowingly) I already knew I won't get the helmet but atleast the cooperation from the staff would have been really helpful. But it felt as if the staff might have some role to play in that. There can be such incidents at any place but non-cooperation and rude behaviour is not the way a business must portray. Overall a disgusting experience which we would like to forget (the food( forgot to add the burnt rotis which were changed later on request) a big positive in the overall declining ship. and then the cherry on the top was the lost helmet. The review is not just about the helmet but the inappropriate and disappointing behaviour of the staff which made me write this. Such careless attitude from the owner as well as the staff is not one expects. I really can't recommend this hotel to anyone not even in the dream. Doesn't deserve any customers at all because of their behaviour.

I visited for the second time and strongly feel you shouldn't repeat the mistake. The food was disappointing (big name, small quality), and the staff's attitude was shockingly rude, making you not want to interact with them. The worst part was when I came back from a party on my bike and found my helmet missing, even though the hotel guard was around. When I asked to see the CCTV footage, they said the owner had left and could only show it with his permission, asking me to return in the morning. The next day, they kept giving excuses that the owner wasn't there and might come at 2 pm or maybe not. They refused to give me any contact details or let me see the footage. This unhelpful and dismissive behavior from such a reputed hotel, with the owner seemingly unaware or indifferent, made me realize I wouldn't get my helmet back. At least some cooperation from the staff would have been appreciated, but it felt like they might have been involved. Such incidents can happen anywhere, but rude and uncooperative behavior is unacceptable in business. Overall, it was a terrible experience I'd rather forget (including the burnt rotis which were only replaced after I complained). The lost helmet was just the final straw. This review is about the poor and disappointing staff behavior, not just the helmet. The careless attitude of both owner and staff is not what anyone expects. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, not even in a dream. Their behavior means they don't deserve any customers.

The rooms do not meet expectations and look completely different from the pictures displayed online.

The service is really quite poor.
