Disappointing & Negligent Stay

Went there 2nd time and I really feel you should not make the mistake twice the food not upto the mark (Naam bade darshan chote) staff ( just like 7 wonders of the world) behaviour such rude that anyone would like to not to speak to them. Now coming to the worst experience I could have from this reputed hotel I went with bike to attend party with my colleagues after returning i found that the helmet is lost ( though the guard of the hotel was roaming there) and on requesting to see the cctv footage they said owner has left and the footage can be shown only if he permits and told to come in the morning. But in the morning when I went again beating around the bush they said owner is not there he comes at 2 pm I politely asked for the number or someone who could show the footage but they refused and then said he may come at 2 or may not come also. Which meant it was difficult to get in touch with the owner. Seeing this disappointing behaviour from such reputed hotel of the city and owner unaware (maybe knowingly) I already knew I won't get the helmet but atleast the cooperation from the staff would have been really helpful. But it felt as if the staff might have some role to play in that. There can be such incidents at any place but non-cooperation and rude behaviour is not the way a business must portray. Overall a disgusting experience which we would like to forget (the food( forgot to add the burnt rotis which were changed later on request) a big positive in the overall declining ship. and then the cherry on the top was the lost helmet. The review is not just about the helmet but the inappropriate and disappointing behaviour of the staff which made me write this. Such careless attitude from the owner as well as the staff is not one expects. I really can't recommend this hotel to anyone not even in the dream. Doesn't deserve any customers at all because of their behaviour.
