This review is based on my experience of 2 visits here. This place is located near by main Alibaug market, touching the main road is the entrance of this property. they have ample space for 2 wheeler parking but limited space for cars. This property boast a swimming pool which misguides peoplr with wrong dept measurements and the dried leaves and dirt will be cleaned from the pool only when you request the staff 9 times, with an attached kids pool and an artificial waterfall (which they switch on only if there are 5-10 people in the pool). They have various typoes of rooms, some with an opening towards the lawn and other rooms on the first and second floor are damp, smelly and uncared for. On the first floor they have a shaded open space for events/gatherings. they do have a conference hall which can be converted into 2 small halls as per the requirement. Talking about the food here its decent but not uptothe mark for the amount they charge. The staff here are very arrogant and they reply rudely, there is no respect shown towards the guests staying at the property. The electricity supply just goes off multiple times. Over all I personally suggest think twice about coming here, there are a lot better options around.

Considering the price, both the hotel and its service are extremely poor. The rooms are not clean, and even basic refreshments like tea and water are not served on time. Most importantly, they secure bookings by claiming that the rooms offer a view of the swimming pool; however, in reality, they do not have a single room with such a view. We had a very negative experience, so I strongly advise you to think twice before booking a room at this place.

I had a very disappointing experience during my one-night stay with my family. The room was poorly maintained ’ it had old furniture, unclean blankets, and a dirty couch. To make matters worse, the room was infested with cockroaches, which was extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic.Throughout the night, none of us could sleep properly due to a severe mosquito problem. The food quality was also far below expectations and did not justify the cost.Despite charging INR 4,000 per night, the stay offered absolutely no value for money. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this place if they care about cleanliness, comfort, and getting their money’s worth.

We got a shock this time. The hotel has detoriated a lot and there is no hygiene whatsoever. Rooms smell of foul mould.There are far better hotels in the vicinity. Overall disgusting. We walked out in 10 minutes. All rooms shown to us were in same pathetic condition. The bedsheets were torn and yellow in colour.3 years ago the rooms were in better state. Its sad the management is just not looking into the upkeep of this hotel.
