Not all staff members speak English...There is a considerable difference in the level of hospitality among the staffThe daytime reception staff were great at communication and attentive, but the night shift staff were the terrible😫Even after 11 PM, he was watching a video at full volume on the reception TV screen, and the noise was so loud that it echoed into the guest rooms even with the door closed.I politely asked them in English to "please put on headphones and watch the video," but he ignored me (1st time)The situation didn’t change… I realized he didn't understand English, and 5minutes later I showed him the actual headphones and politely asked them again in English to "PLEASER put on headphones!" but although the volume decreased slightly, the noise from the video kept me awake (2nd time)He stopped the video on TV screen and started watching a video on his phone, but the fact that the sound spread out around remained unchanged. At the end I said more firmly (the 3rd time) "Look, it's past 11 PM. If you're going to watch a video with the sound on, do it during the daytime?" but then he started talking loudly on his phone to someone... It was absolutely awful.His behavior never showed improvement, and he never apologized even once.
Perfect base for solo exploration adventures. Room was clean and cozy. Staff gave helpful local information. Felt comfortable and very secure.
