Senses Hotel

I recently stayed in a Executive Suite room at Senses and unfortunately the experience was far from what I expected.While booking the room through Agoda, the listing clearly mentioned that the stay included all 3 meal plans. However, upon arrival the hotel staff denied any such inclusion and refused to honor what was stated during the booking. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the front desk staff behaved rudely and were dismissive of the concern.Another major issue was with housekeeping and privacy. Housekeeping staff entered my room without my permission and while I was not present. The “Clean My Room” switch was turned off at the time, which should have clearly indicated that service was not requested. When I raised the issue, the staff argued that they have been doing things this way for the past three years, rather than acknowledging the mistake.What was even more surprising was that the responsibility was shifted onto me. I was told that I should have placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign, even though I was not inside the room and had already kept the cleaning switch off.For a suite stay, basic expectations include professionalism, honoring booking details, and respecting guest privacy. Unfortunately, this stay failed on all three counts. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves staff training and guest service going forward.

Staff behaviour was extremely rude and non-cooperative. I had booked 1 room for 1 day and 4 rooms for 5 days. After checking out on day one (as instructed by reception), I was told to keep my luggage with them and that it would be transferred to my new room when I returned.I came back at 10:00 AM but was told no rooms were available and was made to wait in the lobby till 1:00 PM, even though I could clearly see multiple rooms being checked out. Rooms were only allotted after I strongly insisted, and the staff kept saying official check-in is after 2:00 PM despite vacant rooms being available. Many other guests were also waiting for their rooms.To make matters worse, all 4 rooms were given on different floors and the lift worked only for the allotted floor, forcing us to use stairs to visit each other.Overall, very disappointing experience. Please do not arrive before 2:00 PM as early check-in is not allowed even if rooms are vacant.

The only good part about the hotel is its location, otherwise at this cost it's not recommended at all. The rooms are newly renovated but all appliances like freedge, ACs are very old and make noice. But that thing works anyway, if you have a good service. Their service is just pathetic. All of their staff is watching cricket avoiding the customers. The food is very average. The most pathetic thing is internet, they don't have it, you can't take meetings, so a big no for corporates. I stayed for 3 days, not a single day internet was working.

I lived here for 5 days and here is my detailed review1. Rooms are so noisy like neighbours are sitting and talking with you2. Rooms are partitioned with insecure doors in between3. Showers never work properly4. No wifi reach in any room5. Continuous disturbing sound starts early morning6. Reception team is rude for any service7, Breakfast is arranged in heavy breeze everyday in the rooftop8. Location is at ring road with one side lanes so commute is triple with no reason9. ONLY N ONLY ROOFTOP is nice if you wanna drink here BUT BUT BUT you cannot sit for longer hours as they have to closeIt was a company sponsored trip, not going to book this hotel again and same is conveyed to other team membersThank you for your no services

Nice hotel to stay in the Salt Lake City, near to the metro station as well like some 10 mins of walking from there. In house restaurant food is average but has a lot of good food outlets and restaurants in a 1km vicinity on the place. Hotel is good, rooms are clean and maintained with basic amenities and other amenities and services on demand and complimentary. Only thing which was not good during my stay, was that they checked me in into a lower grade room than what I actually paid for, they said the room I booked is sold out, but that's the whole point of booking in advance so that they are reserved. other wise it's ’’
