Hotel Reliance

Had a great dinner with family. Food was well prepared. The manchow and lemon coriander soups, and corn cheese rolls were well done.

Went there few days ago for a dinner meet with colleagues.Food was not as good as expected.Service is quite satisfactory.A good space for a get together.

Good Stay, but Overpriced FoodI recently stayed at Hotel Reliance in Bokaro. The rooms were decent and the service was genuinely impressive ’ staff were polite and helpful throughout. Food taste was also good, no complaints there.However, the pricing for food and water felt way too high, almost like a 4-star hotel, which didn’t match the overall setup. If they adjust their food rates, the experience would be much more value for money.

Food services are very poor. The dining staff is not appropriate and does not meet industry standards. I would not recommend this hotel as worth more than Rs. 1,500 per day. The hotel owner should understand the demands of today’s guests and ensure that the staff is trained to be professional and capable of understanding guest requirements.

On 2 June 2025 we all family members went to restaurants reliance for dinner and it was horrible experience as the restaurant waiters was very rude service was very late, table was dirty, we ourself has to make arrangements for our sitting, further more wrong bill was made. and most surprising we gave tip of Rs 100 to waiters, Waiter passed a comment cheap people only gave tip of Rs 100. This is very bad experience.
