Hotel Rio Beach

My family and I stayed at Rio Hotel for one day. Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied with the behavior of the manager, "Yasmin".What happened was highly unprofessional. I was shown a room with a partial sea view, which I selected and paid for. However, after check-in, the staff took our luggage to a completely different room that had no sea view at all. When I raised the issue with Yasmin, I had to argue for some time before the room was finally changed.As a tourist, I find this kind of experience unacceptable.Apart from this incident, everything else was good. The hotel staff, except for Yasmin, were professional, courteous, kid-friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.The hotel's location is excellent, directly opposite RK Beach. The terrace offers a beautiful and heartwarming view.

Good one. Only thing they missed in the room was wardrobe or hooks for the clothes. Ac room temperature is standardised. It shouldn't be there. Complimentary breakfast food is good. Boiled egg only one person guest. Overall ok types. Very good bathroom. And also though our room was standard it had sea view diagonal. We stayed in room 311.

This is located right opposite the famoud RK beach and the maintenance of the hotel is good and the staff are friendly.AC and TV all worked fine and i fell in love with the Soap they are like dove and moist which are good and ample warm water for bath.My only concern i saw is found bed bugs and some white larvae they disinfected the whole room neatly but thats the only cause of concern

Service is good, staff is friendly. Rooms are bit old. But great view from rooms and from Terrace as well. No room service in hotel but good food options nearby. Near to nice and clean beach. Recommend if looking for budget hotel with great views.

Rooms and location are good, but service is very poor. The front desk staff (morning shift) was arrogant and unhelpful. Lift was not working during check-in, and we had to carry luggage to the 5th floor’staff didn’t even assist and instead made fun of the situation.’Buffet breakfast’ is misleading , same limited items every day and even eggs are restricted. No in-house restaurant, and food quality is average as it comes from outside.Basic requests take too long, and overall hospitality is disappointing. Not recommended, especially if traveling with elderly people.Last but not least, if you are claustrophobic, think twice before booking this hotel. The rooms and bathrooms have no ventilation’windows are fixed and cannot be opened. Even if the weather is pleasant, you are forced to rely on the AC for air circulation. To make matters worse, unpleasant odors from the bathroom tend to spread into the room, which makes the stay quite uncomfortable.
