Room where clean and asthetic lighting is there but bed was unclean and full of hair and dirt . washroom flush was not working , service telephone not working , complimentry tea water anything was not available its chargable , service was not so good , no cutlery for food food is given like the customer is a beggar . overall 1 star perfect for couples for 1 to 2 hr but not for family long stay .

Worst hotel I have ever stayed.Rude staff,no service.

1-2 staff are good, specially the person at reception in the morning, but rest of the staff are unprofessional and rude.Room is ok, linen was not clean, hairs on floor. Bathroom was ok but plumbing issues. Room size is good, need improvement in quality and service

Just an average stay. Location is good but room is not upto the rate we put. It's just an average stay and many other rooms which are far better can be found at the same price. Please don't get fooled by looking at the photos posted.

Worst Hotel to stay! The staff was very rude and unprofessional. I had overnight train to Indore, so came early before check in time, requested them to give 30 min. any room to get fresh, and then will directly come in evening for check in. They started yelling and charged extra for same. Room were terrible, all hairs on bed sheet.WORST HOTEL, PLEASE AVOID.
