The hotel was a little difficult to locate at first since it is tucked away on the service lane near Bombay Hospital. If you are visiting the city for the first time, you might need to ask around or use maps carefully, as the signboards are not very prominent. Once I reached, the check-in process was smooth, but I personally felt the price was slightly on the higher side. At ’2500 per night for a single person, I expected a bit more in terms of comfort and amenities.The food quality was decent, and I would rate it around 7/10. The menu had a few good options, but nothing extraordinary, and the service speed could be improved. Coming to the room, the overall ambiance was average, probably around 6/10. It was functional but lacked the finishing touches that make a stay comfortable. Basic issues like the absence of a fan regulator and the placement of the switchboard far from the bed caused some inconvenience. These may sound like small details, but they affect the overall experience.In my opinion, the property definitely requires some maintenance and refurbishment. With a little more attention to detail and improvements in room design, this hotel could justify its current pricing better.

Not recommended. There were cochroaches in the room, and i checked in at 9pm and next day i asked if i can check out at 11am and they totally denied and said you have to checkout at 10am, i think they could have managed. The experience was not good.

Very Disappointing Stay at Hotel Aston, IndoreI recently stayed at Hotel Aston in Indore. While the room rates were affordable, the overall experience was deeply unpleasant.What Went Wrong:’I had to change rooms three times because rooms was either visibly dirty or improperly maintained, once i complained them about a light bulb not going off and it’s causing light in the room and we are unable to sleep they literally told us to put something on the light as it’s not shutting ’’’Food trays were left outside room door for HOURS ’ never cleared by staff ’ causing a lingering foul odor around the entire floor.’Surfaces, linens, and the bathroom all lacked basic cleanliness.For a budget-friendly stay, you’d expect a minimal standard of hygiene and service ’ but Aston didn’t even meet those. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, nor would I recommend this place to others.
