Extremely pathetic hotel. You’ll feel suffocated the moment you’ll enter the hotel. Alcohol bottle and hairs on bedsheet. A very bad smell persisted in all the rooms. We just checked out in a hour to get a breath. Extremely disappointing. Not even deserve a star. A very suffocating vibe with tables, beds full of dust.

To start with, the so-called manager Mr. Mishra is by far one of the most pathetic and disrespectful managers I have ever come across in the hospitality industry. With due respect to his age, he genuinely does not seem to understand basic customer handling or hospitality. Instead of resolving issues professionally, he talks rudely, behaves arrogantly, and starts blabbering irrelevant things the moment genuine feedback is given.One of the most shocking parts was that he bluntly refused to provide a proper original bill, simply saying it was an ’offline booking.’ Since we directly reached the hotel instead of booking online, his exact attitude was basically ’ ’if you do online booking, I will not allot the room itself.’ I have honestly never seen such unprofessional and shady behavior from someone claiming to manage a hotel.If Treebo genuinely wants to maintain even a basic standard, they seriously need to take immediate action against this person.Unfortunately, I made the mistake of trusting the brand name and booking this hotel without properly checking the previous reviews. After experiencing this place firsthand, I realized those negative reviews were absolutely correct. Had I seen them earlier, I would have never booked this hotel under any circumstances.Whether you are single, travelling with family, or staying due to an urgent situation ’ please avoid this hotel completely. The entire staff operates in an extremely unprofessional and dishonest manner. They will try to charge extra money over the agreed price and provide absolutely nothing in return except frustration. The hotel is heavily overpriced for the horrible condition and zero-quality service being offered.The room condition itself was embarrassing. The flush barely worked and looked completely broken and unhygienic. The attached pictures clearly show the pathetic standard being maintained here. As if that was not enough, there was no water available in the room in the morning. Instead of fixing the issue or apologizing honestly, the staff kept lying repeatedly and giving fake assurances that the problem would be solved ’in 5 minutes.’ Nobody actually cared.The staff members are unbelievably lazy and completely uninterested in helping guests. Every small request feels like you are asking them for a personal favor. Hospitality is clearly the last thing on their priority list.Overall, this hotel was a complete disaster and one of the worst stay experiences I have had. I am almost certain Treebo will reply with a standard copy-paste apology just for Google reviews and public image management, because I noticed several similar complaints already mentioned by other guests and clearly no action has been taken.Save yourself from unnecessary stress, arguments, and disappointment. Do not make the mistake of booking a room in this hotel.

This is easily one of the worst hotels in Indore. The receptionist, Kailash Misra, is extremely rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. He demanded ’4000 for just two rooms and pressured me not to book through MakeMyTrip’clearly trying to bypass transparency. To make things worse, he outright refused to provide a GST bill, which is completely unacceptable.There are far better hotels nearby that offer proper service and fair pricing’Silvotel, for example, is significantly better and cheaper. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to deal with harassment and zero accountability. Staying here will almost certainly be a regrettable decision.

Room size and cleanliness were not up to expectations.

Worst experience here staff behaviour worst very bad and liar and not listening to us gave single bed room to 4 people and said mattress lelo and mattress was torn apart very very bad never visiting again and not recommending the stink and fatigue very dusty not cleaned well please don’t visit here a old man on the reception is rude very rude
