Overall, the experience was very disappointing. The cleanliness and hygiene were well below acceptable levels, and the hotel seemed poorly maintained. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, responding disrespectfully to our concerns and even imposing a penalty while being discourteous, which worsened the situation. The location is also a significant drawback, as the hotel is far from both the beach and the temple, requiring expensive transportation each time we wanted to go anywhere, making the trip more costly and inconvenient. Given the high price, poor hygiene, rude staff, unfair penalty fees, and inconvenient location, the hotel is not worth the cost. I would definitely not recommend it.

Located about 3 km from Golden Beach on CT Road. The staff are very friendly, and both the room and bathroom are clean. Rooms are cleaned daily. The nearest private beach is just a 3-minute walk away.
