During our 2-day stay, no room service was provided. However, the staff was polite and helpful. The restaurant had more non-vegetarian food options compared to vegetarian choices.

Location is perfect for tourist service and staff behavior is very nice but washroom sanitary is not proper working otherwise everything is good. food nd beverages are also good helpful nature and good environment safe place to stay at indore

Maybe this hotel is the oldest & in the center of the city, but the service is completely useless. It is not clean at all. We asked room service many times to clean the room & washroom. After calling 5 times, someone finally came to clean it. We ordered dinner, & even the dinner was completely cold. When we called room service to complain, the staff started shouting at us, saying the food is supposed to be like that or it will get cold while coming from the kitchen to the room.Worst Worst worst

Worst Hotel Experience ever...I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Samrat in Indore, and it was hands-down the worst hotel experience of my life. From the moment I arrived, everything seemed to go wrong.Dirty RoomThe room was a nightmare. The bed was unmade, with stained sheets and a lingering smell of sweat. The bathroom was filthy, with hair and soap scum in the shower and broken tiles. I didn't even want to touch the toilet.Poor ServiceThe staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me. There were no toiletries (toothpaste) When I complained about the room, they shrugged it off and told me it was "all they had available." When I asked for extra towels, it took them over an hour to bring them.ManagementThe hotel manager is very arrogant and rude and only left to make matters worse.Overpriced and Under deliveringConsidering the horrible experience, I felt ripped off by the exorbitant price. The hotel promised luxury when checked online, but delivered nothing but disappointment and frustration.ConclusionOverall, my stay at Hotel Samrat was a disaster. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. If you value your sanity and your wallet, stay far, far away from this dump.Your well wisher.
