Langauge problem very bed service no pickup phone in reception

It's very most uncomfortable hotel. I am not satisfy. There is no food facilities and transportation at all. Staff also very rude. Not polite and irresponsible. From here to Velankanni church very far. Auto persons demand too much high cost especially in the time of Velankanni festival.

It was a horrible experience staying there the paint were peeled of in the room the smell of the room and restroom was worst and the complimentary breakfast was given as packed and the idly was like stone and sambar was a day before sambar and the pongal was like Kanji (porridge)
