Very bad customer care. And room not clean.

Worst experience ever, not even worth a single star. Room and staff behavior terrible. No security for your things, better not choose this place. Very local, bad smell and ugly floors. I just visited the room and left for another property, even if they don't return my money. Safety is important, if you booked based on their photos, cancel now. Public properties are much better than this. OYO doesn't help at all. Staff behavior very rude and irresponsible.

Worst experience with hotel bookings. I booked room from oyo three days before. When I reached Chennai, I got a message saying sorry for inconvenience but rooms not available even though my booking was confirmed. They moved me to a random hotel that was the worst I could go to. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Please don't visit this hotel, they not managing booking properly.

I booked 3 rooms through Goibibo, it was a decent deal for my brothers coming from the village. But when we arrived, the reception guy refused to give us the rooms. He told my brother to talk to someone else, saying there were no rooms available. Then he threatened to call the police. I told my brother to explain the situation since we paid for 3 days. After the police called, they finally agreed to give us 2 rooms. Be careful of these kinds of frauds. I wonder if the owner told the staff to threaten online customers for extra money when they arrive.
