Hotel O Grand Residency

I had a horrible experience with this hotel. First of all I was unable to locate the hotel as there was no name or board indicating the hotel. The number was not reachable. Finally when I was able to locate the hotel with the help of my friend, the staff refused to give me a room as they couldn’t find my Booking ID. The staff was so rude and asked us to contact customer service. They denied to give me a room though the booking was done and payment was already done. Very rude behaviour. Would never recommend this hotel

Never choose this hotel. I stayed on August 14th 2024 in a Non AC room for 800, and it was the worst room I've ever seen. There was a terrible smell, the room and bathroom were dirty, and the room service was awful. Oyo provides terrible service; they claim early check-in is available, but the manager won't accept Oyo bookings for that. We couldn't find another hotel at that time, which felt like a trick. I would give 0 stars if I could, but I had to give 1. The only good thing is I was alone for my TCS office visit. I can't imagine staying here with family or friends. Better to stay in a mansion than this hotel.

No response from oyo booking to residency in charge, lost money.

Fraud people, my complaint - Oyo prices shown as Rs.627 but they took more than Rs.800 (online transferred). No receipt given by manager, he even told us to leave hotel, we didn't because of luggage etc. We only took a room, one water bottle and small body soaps as complimentary.

Cheating is happening under the name of oyo.
