This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. The room was extremely unhygienic and had a strong smell of cigarette smoke along with another unpleasant odor that was difficult to tolerate. The bathroom was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. The room was also very misleading compared to the photos shown on the booking website. While the basic room layout was similar, the actual condition and maintenance were nowhere close to what was advertised. The photos made the room appear clean and well-maintained, but the reality was completely different. The AC control was not available, and the temperature was fixed, making the room uncomfortable. The water heater was not functioning properly, and even when the hot water tap was turned on, only cold water came out. The bed was the worst part of the stay. There were bed bugs on the mattress, and I could not sleep properly throughout the night. I found several bed bugs biting me and sucking my blood, and I even had to kill a few of them myself. This level of poor hygiene is completely unacceptable. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort of the room were extremely poor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The management should seriously improve housekeeping and ensure that the rooms match the standards shown in their advertisements.
