Towels dirty. No proper facilities available. I kept used cutlery outside the room at night, morning the staff rings bell at 7am and tells to keep the cutlery inside they will take it during the time of checkout. I was traveling with my 18months baby he was sleeping . The staff specially had to ring the door bell and inform to keep the cutlery inside. Why was no action taken at night when we kept it outside at night.
Rooms are surrounded by lift, thus from any room lift movements noise are heard throughout our stay
