The room was not clean and had a strong, unpleasant smell upon arrival. There were mosquitoes inside the room, which made it very uncomfortable to stay. Basic amenities were not provided as expected.The bathroom was in extremely poor condition, with mould visible throughout, which is unacceptable. Additionally, there was no hot water available during the stay.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and did not meet even basic hygiene or comfort standards.

Hotel looks decent on the portal but it is quite old, the room are dull and have hygiene issues. Only good thing is located on main road. Can be book only in case of emergency.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The place was absolutely filthy, and there were cockroaches crawling around the room. It was disgusting and completely unacceptable. On top of that, the entire hotel smelled strongly of urine, making it unbearable to even stay inside for long.I clearly informed them in advance that I was traveling with a sick patient, yet they showed zero care or basic human decency. No assistance was offered whatsoever. My mother was forced to walk back and forth without any help, despite our situation being explained beforehand. The lack of empathy and professionalism was shocking.To make things worse, communication was extremely difficult because the reservation agent was not fluent in English, so even raising concerns became frustrating. The glowing ratings and reviews online are completely misleading and do not reflect the reality of this place at all.I strongly warn anyone, especially families or those traveling with elderly or sick members to stay far away from this hotel. It is dirty, poorly managed, and absolutely not worth the risk.

Had to give 1 star, but honestly this deserves zero. Booked in advance and paid in full, yet on arrival was told there were no rooms and they ’don’t know about the booking.’ Completely irresponsible and unprofessional.The property is nothing like the photos. Rooms were extremely dirty ’ stained beds and pillows, muddy foot mat, no proper cleaning, AC barely working, and not even a basic phone in the room. Zero service, zero hygiene, zero accountability.One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Please save yourself the trouble and think twice before booking.
