I had a very disappointing stay at this property with my family. The room did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness. The bed and pillows were not clean, which made the stay uncomfortable. The bathroom was also unhygienic and appeared to have been inadequately cleaned before check-in.What made the experience even worse was the staff's attitude. I reported these issues to the hotel staff expecting them to resolve the problems promptly, but my complaints were not handled professionally. The response was unhelpful, and no satisfactory action was taken during my stay.When traveling with family, cleanliness, hygiene, and courteous service are essential. Unfortunately, this property failed in all of these aspects.I would not recommend this hotel to families or anyone who values cleanliness and good customer service. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves its housekeeping standards, staff training, and customer service.
