Visited Saptaparna a while ago and had a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor. It wasn’t even crowded, and several tables were empty, including a table for five’but it was not cleaned. We were made to stand and wait for around 15 minutes, yet no one came to clean the table. Even after asking twice, there was no response from the staff. Very bad management and lack of basic service. Definitely not recommended.
