Hotel Shivangan

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Both the staff and the owner seemed clueless and unhelpful. Most of the time during our stay, there was no electricity, and when we complained, they just said, "Hann toh madam hum bhi pareshan aap room me chup chap raho nah." How can they treat customers like this? We also ordered room service, but the owner kept us waiting for 10 minutes without responding. The room's geyser wasn't working either. It felt like the room hadn't been properly cleaned after the previous guest, as there were hair strands on the pillow covers. Overall, the worst room experience.

You will not get any mobile number to connect with staff. Unable to locate the hotel on app. False info provided about the distance from the Temple. They have not bothered that you are coming from a distance place.

On the day we visited, the staff informed us that the hotel was up for sale. They were quite unprofessional and not helpful at all.

Fantastic! The room service, staff, management, and atmosphere were all wonderful. The hotel manager, Mr. Abhishek Nayak, was very kind and supportive, providing clear guidance and assistance whenever we required it.
