Disappointing stay overall. We booked for 3 adults with family, but the room felt cramped and the extra mattress was not properly arranged. The room was also not properly clean. Staff were not very accommodating, and basic facilities often required repeated requests. There was also a lack of clarity regarding the services provided. Overall, the experience was below expectations.
Room quality was not good.

I am particularly grateful to Tanishka, Chirag, and Ritesh for making our check-in, stay, and check-out process seamless. I also appreciate Satish's assistance with our room check-in.
