Location is not good. It was very hard to reach there. Room was not clean. Pillows and cushions are dirty. Towels seems very old and faded. Food was good. Nice service and tasty food was provided on time.
This property suffers from critical failures in advertising, hygiene, and functionality. We paid a premium for a "Valley View" that is completely obstructed by adjacent hotel buildings—this is false advertising and a waste of money.The cleanliness standards are unacceptable: the room was visibly filthy upon arrival, and the bedding was dirty. A cleaning request provided no noticeable improvement.Connectivity is nonexistent: there is zero phone network coverage, and both the hotel's Wi-Fi and the in-room TV were consistently non-functional.Finally, the location is poor; it requires a strenuous uphill hike to reach the main road, and the immediate area felt shady and unsafe, forcing us to limit our evenings and return early.Do not book here if you prioritize cleanliness, communication, or accurate amenities.
Don’t book this hotel — the photos shown on all online sites are completely fake and misleading. The actual condition of the hotel is very poor. We booked it for 2 nights, but when we arrived, our room was located two floors below ground level and had a terrible smell as soon as we entered. Even the balcony had a strong, unpleasant odor.After complaining, the owner told the staff to spray something to remove the smell, but it didn’t help at all. When we were still not satisfied, the owner shifted us to another hotel about 1 km away from Mall Road. That hotel was slightly better, but the whole experience was very disappointing.Honestly, I wouldn’t even give this place one star if there was an option for zero. Totally fake photos, poor hygiene, and unprofessional management. Please avoid booking this hotel.
