The hotel was just so pathetic. We booked this stay even after all the negative reviews on the basis of location and after talking to the manager and after his assurance that the hotel is good. But the rooms were so dirty even the mattress had stains, bad smell all over we just avoided going to the hotel. The manager didn't show up and neither the staff answered us, they kept ignoring our requests. I have attached the photos as well won't suggest anyone to go here even in off season. I booked for 8k per night but the experience was so so bad. There were no toiletries, even the slippers and floor mat wasn't there outside the washroom. The place lacked basic services. I hope no one else gets scammed.
Lot of disturbance in the night not worth the money maximum the price of this hotel should be 1000 rs not more than that. No cleanliness not a good location.
Everything is good except that it is inside a small street within the Mall road. Cars and rented scooty cannot enter.
