Hotel Siroy Lily

I made a booking for 4 days before one week & confirm it. When I going to check in they said they are not taking online reservation. This type of reservation suck.

Extremely dirty and dampy rooms. Staff behaviour is indifferent. The food is bland and the rates asked are different from that of the prices mentioned in the menu. The place thrives due to the presence of travel agencies, as otherwise there are no reasons to book this hotel. The area has many other hotels that are far better than this in the same price range.

Only location is good, after that everything is bad, Receptionist, Night Manager, Staff along with Mental G.M.They are not made for Hospitality service they are made for Fish Market to sell Fish and vegetables and quarrelsome with customer.By mistake they are on on Hospitality service.Rooms are very small anytime They may cut the power by the name of repair and close the lift and AC.Every service you will get next day after your request but when they demand money you have to pay in second otherwise they will hit you.BE CAREFUL NEVER GO AT THIS HOTEL.

I stayed at Hotel Siroy Lily mainly for its convenient location near the railway station. The rooms are quite basic and affordable, but I found cleanliness and maintenance to be lacking. Some amenities weren’t working properly, and the overall service felt average. It’s okay for a short stay if location is your priority, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Terrible experience during check-in. The hotel clearly mentioned on Cleartrip that unmarried couples and local IDs are allowed, yet they denied our check-in as my partner had a local ID.The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, even denying the policies listed online. They went to the extent of threatening to call the police just because I was with my female partner who had a local ID.This kind of misleading information and behavior is completely unacceptable. Would not recommend this hotel at all.
