My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The owner's demeanor and conduct were quite bad, and the hotel's management left much to be desired. The room and amenities were poorly maintained, and the service did not meet expectations. The owner needs to significantly improve guest treatment and prioritize customer satisfaction. I would not suggest this hotel to others and would avoid staying here in the future.
