The property is good. Nice and clean rooms. However, despite me booking one month in advance, they denied rooms, about one week from the checkin date. They stated that this platform had quoted lower prices for the hotel and hence they can't honour the booking. I didn't get a satisfactory response from the property manager initially, and he asked me to handle this on my own with this platform. However, after sometime he became cordial and helped me resolve the issue. Post check-in, there were no issuesI was on call with this platform for about 2 hours before the issue was resolved. Good property, but professionalism and accountability to customers could be better.
