Guests praise location and scenic views of Taj Mahal
Guest as saying
Good hotel neat taj mahal ,can watch taj mahal from dining area from top
This hotel was disappointing. The room was not ready on time and was handed over late. The walls of the room were damaged. The bathroom was too small for bathing and lacked hot water. The staff did not treat me well. The food was overpriced. No drinking water was provided. The fan did not have a proper switch. Both the room and bathroom were unclean. Overall, a useless hotel.

Solo Traveller • Sep 2026We enjoyed a fantastic two-night stay at Taj Plaza Agra. We were thrilled to be upgraded to a bigger room offering an amazing view of the Taj Mahal — waking up to that sight every morning was truly memorable. Special thanks to the manager, Mr. Vijay, who was always helpful and supportive during our visit. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even better. The location is another highlight — just a short walk from the Taj Mahal, making it very easy to visit without needing transport. The hotel was generally clean, and the food was tasty. One minor downside was the bathroom fixtures, which seemed a bit old and could use updating. However, this did not significantly affect our overall positive experience. In summary, a memorable stay with excellent service and an unbeatable view. Highly recommended!
