Stay = Urgent - ’Pleasant ’Staff = Not rude, not friendly, just operating silently where eye contact is forbidden and smile is on vacation.Room service = you ask for something and it gets to your room the next day..Location = Perfect’? specially if you've gotta flight to catch..

Nice hotel operated by Tamilnadu Tourism. Excellent service. Front desk staff were outstanding.

To the respectfull costomers and hotel management.Driver rooms are not maintained. Fully dirty and make it uncomfortable night then how can wedrive safely without rest ?.it has behind the reason for so many accidents.so please change this type of atmosphere. For reference see updates.

Good service provided, especially my Mr. Balaji at the reception. I had an issue with the AC in my room and he got it rectified on spot. Also, Elamaran Muthuathi, housekeeping supervisor. He who took care of getting the room properly cleaned at all times.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms are quite large and spacious, which is a plus, but the overall design feels old-fashioned and outdated. The bathroom was just ordinary ’ reasonably clean but nothing impressive.Breakfast, on the other hand, was excellent. The buffet spread had a great variety of options and everything tasted fresh. We also had dinner at the restaurant, and it was good; the restaurant staff were polite and attentive.However, room service was disappointing. I ordered aloo gobi and dal for lunch, and both dishes were very mediocre.One of the highlights of the stay was the bar. They offer some great complimentary snacks with drinks, and the bartender was courteous and attentive. In fact, the hotel staff overall were warm and helpful throughout my stay.With some much-needed updates to the room infrastructure, this property could easily live up to its 4-star classification. For now, it falls a bit short in that area.
