Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Highly DisappointedI had one of the most disappointing hotel stays at The Bellevue, Indore. The property shown in the photos is completely different from the actual condition of the hotel. The rooms were not properly maintained, and the overall cleanliness and upkeep were far below acceptable standards.The room service was extremely poor. Basic amenities that every hotel should provide were missing, including complimentary drinking water, dental kits, shower kits, and other essential toiletries. For every small requirement, I had to repeatedly call and request the staff, which made the stay very inconvenient and frustrating.The room itself was in poor condition. The washroom was not properly maintained, the mini bar was either empty or non-functional, and the television was not working properly throughout my stay. The overall room experience did not match the standards promised during booking.The most disappointing part was related to the breakfast service. I had specifically booked a 2-day stay with breakfast included, but upon check-in I was informed that the hotel's restaurant and kitchen were not operational. Instead of providing a proper breakfast, guests were given food sourced from outside street vendors. This was completely unacceptable and misleading.If the hotel kitchen and restaurant are not functioning, the property should not advertise or charge guests for a breakfast-inclusive package. This feels deceptive and unfair to customers who pay extra expecting a proper hotel breakfast experience.Overall, the service, facilities, room condition, and breakfast arrangements were far below expectations. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Agoda should seriously review this hotel's listing and standards because the actual experience is completely different from what is advertised. If Agoda does not take appropriate action regarding this matter, I will be forced to escalate my complaint through other available channels.
