Everything has its pros and cons. But this hotel is basically 70% cons and 30% pros. We had stayed in this hotel until our house was ready in the city. We first came here and asked for a room, they gave one at the 2nd floor, with a key. Not a keycard, a LITERAL KEY. We first thought it was fine, but nope, the room lock was so trash it didnt unlock at all, whichever way we tried. We then called management and asked them to open the door. They first did manage to unlock it, but we always failed. Then my husband asked to get the keycard, and they said that the room that we chose, had no keycard. Like whats the use of the keycard scanner if it wont even get used? So, we then asked for a different room with a keycard. And they gave one. Then it was quite the nice stay. Room service, management, all good and actually normal. And ambience and location is good too. It still wont be my first recommendation for staying, but if there are rooms available at the 3rd floor, or the more expensive rooms, then youre good.

Every place has its advantages and disadvantages, but this hotel felt like 70% drawbacks and 30% positives. We stayed here while waiting for our house in the city to be ready. When we first arrived, we were given a room on the second floor with a traditional key, not a keycard. At first, we thought it was okay, but the lock was terrible and wouldn't open no matter how we tried. We contacted management to help unlock the door. They managed to open it once, but we kept having trouble afterward. My husband requested a keycard instead, but they said the room we chose didn't have keycards. It seemed pointless to have a keycard scanner if it wasn't used. So, we asked for another room with a keycard, and they provided one. After that, our stay was quite pleasant. The room service and management were good and standard, and the ambiance and location were nice too. I wouldn't make this my top recommendation, but if you can get a room on the third floor or a pricier room, it should be fine.
