Lords Inn Rajkot

Stayed at Lords Inn Rajkot and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The reception looks nice and creates a good first impression, but the rooms tell a completely different story. It’s a scam!The room smelled terrible on arrival even after staff sprayed air freshener. It was clearly not cleaned ’ dirt and leaves on the floor, leftover coffee granules, dirty bedsheets, and even a dead fly inside the bed. The bathroom was unhygienic and towels were stained.Mosquitoes were everywhere ’ not just in the room but also in reception ’ and staff said they couldn’t even provide a mosquito plug-in.I informed reception at 3pm about my severe dust allergy and requested proper cleaning, but nothing was done until we complained again at 10pm. Thanks to Jubair from housekeeping who finally helped.Not worth the money at all. Poor hygiene, poor service, and I will never stay here again. Worst hotel in rajkot

The food was good’not exceptional, but satisfactory. Overall, my experience was fine. However, I was disappointed with the manager’s behavior at Lords Inn Restaurant Rajkot. His tone of voice and attitude felt rude, and he did not appear calm or professional. I believe a more polite and composed approach would greatly improve the customer experience.

Great service by kumkum mam. It was a pleasure to have a dinner at this place also on the valentine's day. They made us feel special. Specially we loved kumkum mam's service. She is a great waiter. Thanks for the service.

Very Poor Service ExperienceI had a very disappointing experience at the hotel restaurant. The service was extremely poor, especially from Mr. Aakash, who is the manager. His behavior was unprofessional and rude, which is unacceptable for someone in a managerial position.The table was not cleaned properly, the food order was delayed for a long time, and communication was very difficult as Mr. Aakash did not understand English properly. Despite being the manager, his attitude and service level were worse than a steward. Overall, the service quality is very low. I do not recommend this hotel for dining or service.

A good hotel offering a comfortable stay with professional and courteous staff. The service was efficient and consistent throughout the visit, and the overall ambience of the property was pleasant. Food quality was excellent, with good taste and variety, making dining a highlight of the stay.However, bathroom facilities require better maintenance, and overall cleanliness needs improvement, as these areas did not fully match the hotel’s service standards. With improved attention to housekeeping, the overall guest experience would be significantly enhanced.
