The hotel itself is good, but the service is not satisfactory. I visited this hotel and they charge around ’2,500’’3,000 per room. However, in the first room there were 2’3 lizards’’??. After I complained, they changed my room, but the bathroom in the second room was full of cockroaches’it seemed like an entire family of cockroaches was living there. There were so many cockroaches that I was extremely disappointed with my stay.

I had a very good experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy, daily rooms clean, complimentary water, the staff was very cooperative, and the service was excellent. The location is also convenient. Value for money and highly recommended.

Pleasant Stay With Helpful Staff

The hotel is at posh area and providing great facilities . It's near ghats , temples and famous street foods .Staff is really helpful and humble in nature . They are ready to help with u anything like he booked tickets for us as I am senior citizen don't have knowledge about online booking systems. They arranged taxi for us too at the gate . Breakfast was delicious too . Totally had a great experience here and enjoyed. Will recommend u too this hotel .
