Overall, the stay was an average experience. We booked three rooms, and on arrival, the rooms were not properly prepared. The bedsheets and pillow covers had not been changed, and two rooms had hair from previous guests, which was quite disappointing. It took around 30 minutes to get this resolved, something that should ideally be completed before handing over the rooms. Dinner at the restaurant was decent and the food quality was good; however, the staff taking orders could be more polite and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was very disappointing’apart from the hot poori, everything else was below expectations, worse than a roadside stall. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvement in housekeeping, breakfast quality, and service standards

If you’re planning to stay in Varanasi for 2’3 days, this is one of the best hotels you can book. It’s located near Varanasi Cantt, slightly away from the chaos of the city, which makes it very peaceful and comfortable.The hotel staff deserves special mention’especially Umesh at the reception. He knows his job well and is extremely helpful.The food was excellent (5/5), thanks to the flavorful restaurant located downstairs. I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Food was tasty and the service was quick too. Located in heart of city, great experience with the hotel crew members very genuine people, well maintained hygiene and ambient hotel, great choice for all types accommodation. Recommend Must stay hotel at Varanasi. Food also taste best.
