Guleria Kothi at Ganges

Horrible place, bad staff behaviour, extremely rude people, it has just good looking property but our dinner in the restaurant was disaster. They have some policy where they say you must eat minimum of 1000 rs no matter what. And trust me the food that was served was a big joke, So completing 1000 rs was a challenge. We ordered some fancy named paneer dhingri somthing and it was nothing but just paneer bhurji with little mashroom . Reachinb their is also not easy. And with all the hard work when you reach thier just to have some tasteless paneer bhurji and a fight with the staff , the evening was completely ruined

I don’t know about the rooms as we only visited the caf??. The food was really good, no complaints there.However, the staff experience was disappointing. One of the female attendants didn’t respond when we asked for help while we were standing there. Later, my friend was asking simple questions about the shakes due to a past bad experience, and the staff member named Gautam spoke very rudely.I’m in the hospitality business myself, and taking care of guests’especially listening to their questions’is basic etiquette. Because I was with international friends, I chose to stay quiet, but the rude attitude was uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Guleria Kothi is one of the more expensive hotels in Banaras, but it perfectly balances luxury, romance, and exclusivity.One of the best aspects of the property is its uninterrupted river view, along with the fact that it isn’t overcrowded’making the experience calm and intimate. There is a caf?? located below the hotel that is truly outstanding. I never imagined I would find pizza of such exceptional quality and taste in Banaras. The peri-peri potato veggies were, without exaggeration, the best I have ever had. Absolutely outstanding.The pasta was also good, though slightly on the sweeter side’no complaints there either.The caf?? and the hotel offer several great spots for photography, especially outside the caf?? and on the rooftop. However, access to the rooftop is chargeable and costs ’8,000 for a duration of three hours.

I recently had the most delightful dining experience! The ambiance was truly enchanting. From the moment I walked in, the service was impeccable and made me feel so welcome. The starter I chose was a symphony of flavors, perfectly balanced and utterly delicious. For my main course, I savored a dish that was both innovative and comforting. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a memorable evening!

I visited this place only for the caf?? and it was a great experience. The food quality is excellent with well-prepared dishes, good portion sizes, and very nice presentation. The caf?? has a pleasant and cozy ambiance making it a perfect spot to relax, meet friends, or spend some quiet time. The beverages were well-made, and the overall caf?? service was quick and polite.Although I didn’t stay in the rooms, from what I could see and hear, they appear clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which adds to the positive impression of the hotel
