Bhai Gypsy Hostel looked good online but was disappointing inside. The furniture, floor, and cafe area were all very dirty. The bathroom was so bad it made me want to vomit. The staff didn't seem to care. Some guests gave off a bad vibe. One guest dropped food near me and it wasn't cleaned up; they also left a dirty box there. Only one staff member greeted me nicely and gave me lots of helpful information and directions I didn't know. Thanks to him, I walked around and enjoyed Varanasi the next day. Otherwise, it was a completely bad experience.
