Disappointing Customer Service

The customer communication from the hotel was terrible. When we reached out, Ganesh Shetty answered and quoted offline booking charges that were much higher than the online rates, so we decided to book online instead. Later, this person, who I believe is the owner or manager, called back angrily and rudely asked me why I dared to book online, calling me an "oversmart girl." He also argued about the check-in time, even though online it clearly states it's until 3 pm, and he was disputing it at exactly 3 pm. He is a very unpleasant person who lacks basic manners in communication. If he is the owner or manager, it reflects poorly on the service and facilities offered. I am very disappointed by such harsh and arrogant behavior.

I called ahead and was given a certain price, but when I arrived at the hotel, the rate was increased. Honesty and transparency are crucial in hospitality, and this hotel did not meet those standards. I would not suggest staying here.
