Among the top hotels in Ujjain offering great prices. The service is outstanding, and the staff are very courteous and helpful. I stayed for two days in a family room (208), and it turned out to be one of my best choices in Ujjain.

We had to wait an hour to check in, and the room key didn't work well. The bed was very uncomfortable, and they didn't supply adequate toiletries. The towels were also dirty. Additionally, one staff member was quite rude to us. Overall, it was a bad experience.

It felt like staying at a relative's home. Many hotels are listed on MMT, but I hadn't heard of Hotel Vimlayatan before. Upon arrival, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the food; although they have partnerships with some restaurants, having their own kitchen would be preferable. Tea is available anytime, and they are happy to serve it. The owner personally looks after guests. They arranged a nice new car for travel and offered autos for local temple visits at fair prices. The best feature was the three-bed room, which was clean and had a well-equipped, tidy washroom.
