Hotel Vishnu Inn @ Dehradun Railway Station

it is nearby railway station, and Prince chowk. very convenient hotel. room size is too large good ventilation. ac ,gyzer are working well. Manager at reception is very good. safe place. i have not ordered any food items. it is reasonable also. Kettle is not available at room. overall good experience. i stayed twice.

Stayed both onward and return journey during my recent trek in Uttarakhand. Clean rooms, excellent room service. This is not a luxury hotel but excellent for the price, location and service. Only disadvantage is connecting road to hotel from Main road (~100 meters) is very small and no proper lighting during the night in this stretch, but no issues with hotel building, they do have small parking space.

Namaste.I would never recommend staying at this hotel because you all must be booking after seeing good online reviews like I did. When I checked in, the hotel looked good from the outside. But when I went inside to the room, there were broken chairs, the washroom was not clean, and the rooms were dirty. I didn't say anything after seeing all this. When I came to check out, a staff member at reception told me to open Google. When I gave them my phone, they started posting fake reviews from my phone. I stopped them then. That's when I realized I had booked after seeing good online reviews and photos of nice rooms, but my experience after going to the room was very bad. I would say you should absolutely not book a room just by looking at online reviews.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I arrived with a confirmed booking from Agoda, but the staff informed me that my booking was not in their system. Despite showing proof, I was lot of trouble. This kind of mismanagement is unacceptable for travelers. If you are booking here through third-party apps, be very careful as they might not honor your reservation.
