Extremely Disappointing Stay

Worst hotel ever..Stayed for 3 days and took their best room- executive room. Room was ok but not properly maintained..Room service - don't listen even after multiple calls you have to visit reception.Reception- only 1 staff, lady in the morning disconnected call saying checkouts are going on and I'm busy call later..House keeping - doesn't picks call, filthy kettle and cups, doesn't refills unless you call them atleast 3 times.Room-No mini fridge like mentioned online,Gave expired head and shoulders shampoo pouch,No dental or shaving kit like mentioned online,bedsheets are reused, no bedside mat( they say we provide mat for only one side),Wifi not working properly,Even have to remind to send 2 water bottle which are free everyday.. when I received 2 hot water bottles i called reception how can i drink hot water pls send some cold water bottles then they said these bottles are hot and complementary but if you want cold water bottles they will be chargeable.. and charged for them..Galleries are sticky and never cleaned, foul smelling.Only 1 same guard for 24 hours..when asked to get the car cleaned if possible then took extra money for just dusting the car..Restaurant - food was great.. restaurant staff was good, only this was worth..Staff is stubborn specially reception and room service. Also charged for free breakfast included at the time of booking.CANNOT UNDERSTAND HOW WRONG A HOTEL CAN GO..
