मैं इस होटल में 2 दिनों के लिए रुका था। Check-in का अनुभव अच्छा था, लेकिन उसके बाद कई समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ा।सबसे पहले, अलग-अलग वेबसाइटों पर जो कमरे की तस्वीरें दिखाई गई थीं, वैसा कमरा हमें शुरुआत में नहीं दिया गया। बाद में अनुरोध करने पर कमरा बदला गया। इसलिए मेरी सलाह है कि कमरा बुक करने से पहले होटल को कॉल करके जरूर कन्फर्म करें कि तस्वीरों में दिखाया गया वही कमरा आपको मिलेगा या नहीं।कमरा बदलने के बाद भी कई सुविधाएँ ठीक से उपलब्ध नहीं थीं:TV काम नहीं कर रहा था।AC भी ठीक से काम नहीं कर रहा था।AC का मुख्य स्विच कमरे में नहीं था; उसका control नीचे होटल के स्टाफ के पास था, जिससे आप अपनी सुविधा के अनुसार AC को ON/OFF नहीं कर सकते।चाय/कॉफी के लिए kettle उपलब्ध नहीं थी।गर्म पानी के लिए geyser की सुविधा नहीं थी।कमरे की cleaning नहीं की गई।Free complimentary drinking water उपलब्ध नहीं था।कमरे में window नहीं थी और ventilation भी ठीक नहीं था।कमरे की lighting अच्छी थी, लेकिन सिर्फ कमरे का दिखने में अच्छा होना पर्याप्त नहीं है। जो सुविधाएँ होटल की वेबसाइट/बुकिंग साइट पर दिखाई या बताई जाती हैं, वे वास्तव में भी उपलब्ध होनी चाहिए।Overall experience उम्मीद के मुताबिक नहीं रहा। मेरी सलाह है कि बुकिंग से पहले होटल से सभी सुविधाओं और कमरे की actual condition के बारे में जरूर confirm करें।

This hotel is friendly budget. Hotels room is very clean and all beds cloth very neat and clean and location is very nice from station. Staff behaviour is good.
