Extremely disappointed with my stay at Oasis Hotel, booked through Agoda. I booked 2 rooms for my family for 6 nights, but the conditions were so terrible that we could not stay there.The rooms were dirty, the beds had a horrible smell, and the entire place reeked of cigarette smoke. The WiFi did not work at all despite being advertised. This was completely unacceptable, especially when traveling with family.I ended up wasting my money because the hotel was not fit to stay in. The property did not match the expectations set by the listing, and the experience was frustrating from the moment we arrived. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
Worst experience. Even after booking 4 rooms, there was no room cleaning. The AC was not working, and no water facility was available. No shower was working. The worst thing was that the receptionist did not have the manners to talk with customers. He himself gave feedback from a customer's phone. Worst experience of my life from any hotel.
