SAFAL RETREAT

Visited this place in 1st week of October for my nephew's event. My cousin had booked 15 rooms with Banquet and lawn for their event. There was renovation work going on in few rooms on the same floor and there were workers roaming around all over the floor including lobby and foyer areas,creating discomfort and breach of privacy for all the guests.When requested to restrict the work to the rooms only, their GM ROHIT misbehaved very badly. Have never seen such unprofessional, ill mannered and high headed person at GM post in any of the good resorts. Would not recommend this place for stay.

Good location,greenery all around,supportive staff,hygiene maintained food tasty,only water bottle very expensive 60INR I suggest provide free RO water

This review is in particular for Mr. Rohit, the GM at Safal Retreat which he keeps reminding to the clients receiving their services. We have never come across such an arrogant, ill behaved and high headed person at such position ever in the the hospitality sector. His behaviour surely doesn't justify the position he holds.His tone and behaviour is highly offensive and derogatory to the clients as if he is doing us a favour for the services that we have actually paid for. The clients after giving u lakhs of business expect some politeness at the least. We travelled all the way from Delhi to host our family and friends for our special event and your behaviour after going back on your commitments was the most terrible experience we have ever encountered.I Would be willing to provide the details of our horrible experience if anyone wants to connect before considering this property for their events.Would never recommend anyone to consider Safal Retreat till the time this man is the so called self acclaimed GM of this property. Worst hospitality experience ever.Edited the review on 10/10/25 with a video proof since u people have replied with one sided story, blindly supporting your ill-mannered staff.The decoration in pink is our event entry and despite prior discussion and multiple requests, the entire pathway to the venue was blocked with no space for guests to move in and out of the venue. Anyone can see the free movement of at least 10-15 outsiders arranging those iron columns and there were 10-15 people more, unloading 2 trucks right at the main entrance from where the guests were supposed to enter the resort. This is a clear breach of privacy for a family event and highly inconvenient for elderly people to move over those iron columns. When we tried to contact you for the same, none of your team members bothered to address our concerns and when we were not left with any option but to call the GM, he misbehaved in the most inappropriate manner. There was no other event lined up at your resort for the next 2 days except our dinner party (2nd event booked at your resort) which was to be organised in the Banquet hall so there was no reason for such chaos. Have many more photos and video proofs to substantiate my grievances including the audio recordings of the calls where your GM can be cleared heard blurting non-sense. So, kindly refrain from supporting such useless staff members and focus on creating a good experience for the clients who come to your property with pleasant expectations.
