Hotel idyllic inn

Nice hotel. Location was easy to find. Restaurant was available. On site parking available. Room was having electric kettle. Room and linen was clean. Inaccessible for wheelchair users due to stairs at the entry.

The hotel room was beautifully designed with an elegant and aesthetic touch. The interiors were thoughtfully decorated, creating a calm and cozy ambiance. Every detail from the lighting to the decor added to its charm. A perfect blend of comfort and style, making the stay truly relaxing and memorable.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. A hotel staff member entered my room without permission using a master key, blatantly violating my privacy and safety. This is a serious breach of trust and basic hospitality standards. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel until they take strict action and ensure guest security.

Had the most disgusting experience with this hotel and their staff.The staff is arrogant rude and highly unprofessional.Received a call from cops 2 days after checking out that we did not make the complete payment. (Which we did or else how would you check out and leave? )Upon inquiry they accepted that there was a fault in their own record system.They lodged a complaint without verifying any data & putting the customer’s reputation at stake.This property and their staff is an insult to the hospitality sector.Shame.

Property is well built at good location near lake.But service is pathetic....As you can see in attached photos, i have informed to clean my room while going for work at 10 AM.But when i came back to room at 11 PM at night, this is the condition of room, room was not cleaned, nothing was changed, and wall be in same condition as i left it.Also, food service is worst. I had booked room with breakfast. At morning i got a call that breakfast is ready but when reached to Restaurant nothing was prepared also no one is there at restaurant counter to listen to us and take order.After informing to reception person, our order has been taken which was delivered after 45 min.If owner is reading this review, sir please put someone more responsible person to manage your property.
