Do not book this hotel rooms at all by looking aesthetic photos onlineI had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was extremely poor, and the staff was neither responsive nor helpful when issues were reported. The room was not properly cleaned, the bedsheets appeared dirty, and the washroom hygiene was unacceptable. Basic cleanliness standards were not maintained, which made the stay uncomfortable.Considering the price charged, the quality of service and maintenance was far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

Avoid booking this hotel just based on the attractive photos online. My experience here was very disappointing. The service was terrible, and the staff did not respond well or assist when problems were raised. The room was not cleaned properly, the bedsheets looked dirty, and the bathroom hygiene was poor. The basic cleanliness was lacking, making the stay unpleasant. Given the cost, the service quality and upkeep were well below what I expected. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone seeking a clean and comfortable place to stay.

Room maintenance is very poor, with bedsheets and towels being very dirty. The washrooms are not clean either. They do not clean the rooms daily, even after requesting and informing the reception. You return to a dirty room. Overall, a very bad experience.
