Worst Hotel Experience EverHotel Ramaye was honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They clearly mentioned that breakfast was complimentary, but when we actually asked for breakfast, we were told that they would provide only one paratha or one water bottle. Is this really the way a hotel should provide and serve complimentary breakfast?The room charges are also very high considering the quality and cleanliness of the room. The room was not properly clean and definitely did not feel worth the price we paid.Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I would never stay here again, and it is my humble request to others to think twice before booking this hotel. One of the biggest issues during our stay was that the AC and fan were switched off for the entire night, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay in the room. We had paid for the room and expected basic facilities to be available throughout the night, but this was not the case.Another major issue was the complimentary food. We were clearly told that breakfast was complimentary, but when we asked for it, we were told that only one paratha or one water bottle would be provided. On top of that, extra charges were added for food that was supposed to be complimentary. This was very disappointing and felt completely misleading.These are basic things that a hotel should be transparent about. If something is complimentary, guests should not be charged extra for it, and basic facilities like AC and a fan should not simply be switched off for the entire night without proper explanation.There were many other issues during our stay as well, which made the overall experience extremely unpleasant and disappointing.

One of the most disgusting hotel in Bhopal the manager is very rude, outspoken, offensive & verbally abusive with the guest. They ask to follow the stupid rules of the hotels. He tried to charge extra money even though I paid the full rent. when I denied it he started to abuse me. had a very disappointing experience at Ramaye Hotel, Bhopal. I had an important exam that day and reached the hotel in a hurry. While making the payment, I accidentally transferred ’15,000 instead of ’1,500 through UPI. I immediately left for my exam and only noticed the mistake after returning.When I contacted the hotel, I was informed that the staff member who had received the payment was "on leave." Instead of reassuring me and helping resolve the issue, the staff kept delaying the refund by giving different timelines such as 6 PM, 7 PM, 9 PM, and even the next day. Their behaviour made it seem as though they were avoiding the refund rather than trying to solve the problem.After repeated follow-ups and a long argument, the excess amount was finally returned. Throughout the entire process, the staff spoke rudely to both me and my brother and behaved in a highly unprofessional manner. Instead of giving us confidence that our money was safe, they kept diverting the conversation and caused us unnecessary stress.The money was eventually refunded, but the experience was extremely frightening and mentally exhausting. I hope the management trains its staff to handle genuine payment mistakes with honesty, empathy, and professionalism.
