Bad behavior of staff once you check in.They just care for money and run on setting with Auto Wala.Chnages checkout policy as their own and don't care for commitment.Rooms are OK but rates to be paid 1000-1200 max

I and my family had a wonderful stay at Citrus Prime Connect - BPL. It was a comfortable and welcoming place that made my trip even better. The rooms and common areas were always clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and public transport. I really appreciated the free Wi-Fi, spacious kitchen, and relaxing common lounge. The hostel felt very safe and secure throughout my stay.I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone looking for an affordable and friendly place to stay. I'd love to come back again!
