Excellent stay and nice location
It is a reasonable good hotel for business trip, the only problem is if you book the room through Agoda website there is a difference between the amount you paid to the hotel and originally paid to Agoda, i tried my best to explain to both of them but of no use, you get a bill less than you paid..
While the location is good and the staff are friendly, the actual experience was a major letdown due to poor service and very restrictive policies.The Major Issues:• Misleading Description: The Agoda listing is wrong. There is no gym and no sauna. Do not book if you are looking for these facilities.• Connectivity: Wi-Fi was unavailable for two full days. Even when it worked, you have to get a new code every 24 hours.• Service: I called 4–5 times for laundry services, and no one ever answered the phone.• Strict Visitor Policy: Be warned—they do not allow outsiders in the rooms. They also have a very outdated policy where they only allow visitors of the same gender to the room.Summary: Between the lack of basic communication and the unnecessary restrictions on guests, this is not a friendly environment for singles or people traveling with friends. It’s a below-average hotel that doesn't deliver what it promises online.
