Couple • India • Sep 2026My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I had requested an early check-in over the phone in advance, and I was told that it would be possible. However, after reaching the hotel, the staff’s behaviour was very rude and unprofessional.I was made to wait for a long time, and the way the staff spoke to me was not at all respectful. They kept asking for extra charges for almost everything, which made the entire experience very uncomfortable.The food was also extremely disappointing and the quality was very poor. Overall, the hospitality and service were not up to the expected standard.I would not recommend this hotel based on my personal experience.
